| considering they were probably the only people in the country that could get you the item you need you were basically at their whim. It's tough to see what was going on from what you posted though. There has got to be a way to get those wheel locks off without damaging your wheels though. I bet a body shop could do it, although I doubt if it would be cheaper than just buying a whole new set of locks just for the key. I hope your able to figure it out.
